Arrival & Parking

By car

You are welcome to park your car in the underground car park, for which a charge is made. The fee is 20 EUR for 24 hours. We cannot reserve garage spaces for our guests in advance. Access to the underground car park is via Alt-Moabit 98-101, 10559 Berlin.

The entrance to the car park is via Alt-Moabit 98-101 onto the Spree-Bogen property.

By plane

Airport BER is 30 km and about 50 minutes drive from the hotel. On request we can help you organise a transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Otherwise, you are welcome to use the public Airport Express (FEX) and the regional trains (RE7, RB14) between Berlin Central Station and the train station “Flughafen BER – Terminal 1-2”. The S9 and S45 S-Bahn trains run every 20 minutes.

By train

If you are travelling to Berlin by train, we recommend that you get off at Berlin Central Station. Please use then the S-Bahn and get off at the train station „Bellevue“. Or you can take the busline 245 (direction: S+U Zoologischer Garten) and get off at the bus station „Kleiner Tiergarten“.

Can I prebook a parking lot?

No. This is unfortunately not possible. But there are enough parking spaces available.

Do you provide WiFi?

We provide complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms, meeting rooms and public areas.

At what time can I check in?

Your room will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception for storage/safekeeping.

Do you have E-charging stations?

There are 2 E-charging stations available for hotel guests and 2 more for restaurant guests in the underground car park.

Until what time can I use my room on departure day?

Our checkout time is 11am.

Children stay free of charge in the parents' bed until the age of 6.

We are pleased to provide you with a baby crib free of charge. Please mention this when making your reservation.

There are no rooms available with a balcony.

Do you provide bathrobes?

Bathrobes are provided in your room.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

The AMERON Berlin Villa Abion offers you a barrier-free stay. For people in wheelchairs there are three rooms adapted for wheelchair users.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in our and will be charged with 35 EUR per day each. We kindly ask for prior registration.

In the restaurant „CARL & SOPHIE“ is it allowed to bring your dog.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in our breakfast and wellness area.

Do you rent bikes?

Through our in-house bike rental from April to October.

How is your restaurant/bar open?

Monday – Friday 11:30 am - 1 am

Do you have a fitness/wellness area?

Our villa has a fitness area and a Finnish sauna in the basement. The use of our spa and fitness area is of course free of charge for our guests.

We will be happy to switch on the sauna for you individually. Just inform our colleagues at the reception. It takes approx. 1 hour to heat up the sauna.

Do you have extra beds?

These we charge each with 25 EUR per night.

Do you offer vegan and gluten free breakfast?

We have selected gluten-free items available. Please inform us in advance if you have any special requests. In addition, we have a completely vegan section on our breakfast buffet.

How can I pay my invoice?

Please note that you can only pay by credit or debit card, as there is no more cash at the reception.
